After weeks of writing and editing, the training manual is finally ready to go to print. We're using a heavy, durable paper stock so it holds up to constant use, and spiral binding so it lays flat. I just got the proof back and the color diagrams look sharp. My only worry is keeping the page count under 200 to keep costs down, but our employees need this information to get up to speed safely.
