I finally got around to installing the radon fan in my basement. The old passive system wasn't cutting it, so I picked up a proper fan kit. The hardest part was running the vent pipe up through the garage ceiling and out the roof—took a few trips to the hardware store for extra ducting. Once it was sealed and the fan wired in, the difference in air feel was immediate. Makes me sleep a bit easier.
