<p>소액결제 현금화는 제품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 직후 인증번호 등 아이디어를 업체에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 즉시 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 요구되는 청년들이 흔히 사용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 아이디어통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있다.</p>
